1. We do not sell or share personal information

We neither sell personal information nor share it for cross-context behavioural advertising, and we have not sold personal information in the preceding twelve months. Should that ever change, we will revise this notice and give you a clear opt-out before any sale happens.

2. Categories of personal information we collect

The categories below cover what we collect and the reason we collect it.

Identifiers

Who you are

Your name, work email address, telephone number, employer, job title, and online identifiers such as your IP address.

Commercial

What you are interested in

Which products or services you have asked about, what you have downloaded, and the areas of interest you have told us about.

Internet activity

How you use our site

The pages you viewed, where you came from, how long a session lasted, and how you interacted with our pages and emails.

Professional

Your business profile

The size of your company, your industry, your seniority, your department and your technology environment, which we use to assess how well you fit a client’s offer.

We do not knowingly collect sensitive personal information, and we neither use nor disclose it to infer characteristics about you.

3. Where the information comes from

  • Straight from you, when you submit a form, email us or call us.
  • From your employer’s public website, from professional profiles, and from public registries.
  • From licensed business data providers and from publishers we contract with, each of which operates its own consent and notice practices.
  • Automatically from your browser or device as you use our website.

4. Why we use the information

  • Answering your enquiry and putting a proposal together for you.
  • Delivering the demand generation, intent, syndication and nurture services a client has contracted with us for.
  • Verifying and enriching business contact data, so that the records our clients receive are accurate.
  • Running, securing, debugging and improving our website and our systems.
  • Internal analytics, and reporting on how campaigns perform.
  • Meeting our legal, tax, audit and compliance obligations.

5. Who we disclose information to

Personal information is disclosed only to service providers and contractors under written contracts that restrict them to the services they perform for us: cloud hosting, email delivery, CRM and analytics providers, campaign tooling vendors, and publishers engaged for a specific client programme. Information may also be disclosed where the law requires it, or as part of a corporate transaction such as a merger or acquisition, in which case we will tell you.

6. Your California privacy rights

  • Right to know — the categories and the specific pieces of personal information we have collected, where they came from, what we use them for, and the categories of recipients.
  • Right to delete — deletion of personal information we have collected from you, subject to the exceptions set out in law.
  • Right to correct — correction of personal information that is inaccurate.
  • Right to opt out of sale or sharing — we neither sell nor share, so there is nothing to opt out of; we honour the signal regardless.
  • Right to limit use of sensitive personal information — we do not collect sensitive personal information in order to infer characteristics.
  • Right to non-discrimination — we will not refuse you services, charge a different price, or give a lower standard of service because you exercised a privacy right.

7. How to exercise your rights

Send your request by emailing contact@manditglobal.com with "California privacy request" in the subject line, or by calling +1 254 277 8874.

We confirm receipt within ten business days and give a substantive response within 45 days; where reasonably necessary, that period extends by a further 45 days and we notify you. To protect your information, we ask for details that let us verify your identity. Where an authorised agent acts for you, we require written permission and may contact you directly to confirm it.

8. Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control

Because we neither sell nor share personal information for behavioural advertising, we do not track your activity across third-party websites, and we do not treat browser Do Not Track signals differently from any other signal. Global Privacy Control opt-out preference signals are honoured wherever your browser transmits them.

9. How long we keep it

Personal information is kept only as long as the purposes described above call for. Enquiry records are retained for up to 24 months from the last contact, engagement records for the term of the agreement plus the period the law requires, and suppression lists indefinitely, so that your opt-out continues to be respected.
